Summary Report of Pimlico Local Impact Aid (Fiscal Years 2022-2026)

Through each spending plan, Pimlico Local Impact Aid funds are allocated to support a wide variety of community development projects throughout Northwest Baltimore. In recent years, the Department of Planning & Pimlico Community Development Authority have worked together to implement improvements in order to create a more equitable, transparent, and accountable process. 

To summarize the impactful work done by recipients of Pimlico Local Impact Aid, as well as, provide an overall snapshot of how funding is supports a range of projects & programs, a summary report of Fiscal Years 2022-2026 is now available.

Introducing: Pimlico Local Impact Aid Project & Program Dashboard! This funding supports a wide variety of community projects throughout Northwest Baltimore. This dashboard is designed to map and track those projects to clearly display how this funding reaches the Northwest community.

Projects included on this dashboard received funding between fiscal years 2022-2026. Select capital projects received a portion of funding in Fiscal 2021-22. 

Information on funding status includes value of award, spend down and amount remaining. These values are updated based on quarterly reports for each project. To review individual project quarterly reports, see below.
